Building, creating, and innovating while crafting solutions and telling stories that matter
My Literary Works:
Strangers At The Bar
In a quiet bar nestled in a small town, the lives of strangers intertwine over the clink of glasses and the hum of a jukebox. Each chapter brings together different people: a grieving widower and a restless biker, a woman at a crossroads and a seasoned professional, and more, sharing drinks, stories, and profound moments of connection.
Through candid conversations about love, loss, dreams, and the courage to keep going, Strangers at the Bar explores the unspoken bond between strangers and the unexpected wisdom found in fleeting encounters. Set in the same intimate setting, these standalone stories remind us that sometimes the most transformative advice comes from those we’ve just met, over a drink in a dimly lit corner of the world.

Make.com Social Media Posting Workflow
I developed a comprehensive social media automation system using Make.com, combining the power of Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Google Drive, and platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Here's how it works:
-
The process begins with Google Sheets, where new content rows are monitored.
-
Each entry is sent to OpenAI (ChatGPT) to dynamically generate or refine captions and copy.
-
The workflow then pulls corresponding media from Google Drive.
-
A Router module directs the content to be posted across Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, and Instagram for Business, each with platform-specific customization.
-
After publishing, each branch updates the status in Google Sheets and sends a confirmation email via Gmail.
This system automates the entire process from content ideation to publication and feedback tracking, all with minimal manual input. It’s ideal for content creators, digital marketers, or small teams looking to save time, ensure consistency, and scale their content operations effortlessly.

Notion-Powered Social Media Automation Flow
This automation flow uses Notion as the central content hub. It pulls structured content from Notion and sends it to Google Drive for asset management, optionally through a text or media aggregator. The flow can then route content for social media publishing or external tools like email, Sheets, or storage services.
This setup allows me to streamline content creation and scheduling from one place, minimizing context-switching and manual coordination.
It’s ideal for solo creators, content teams, or clients needing a reliable, repeatable pipeline from idea to publication.
Make.com Automation Projects: Designed & Built by Me

Bulk Email Sender Using Make.com
This is a lightweight automation built in Make.com that retrieves rows from a Google Sheets document, iterates through them, and automatically sends out formatted emails based on the data. It's ideal for sending batch email updates, internal reports, or any repetitive communication task that starts in a spreadsheet.
This system helps reduce manual errors, ensures consistency, and saves time when sending updates to multiple recipients.

Auto-Schedule Emails to Google Calendar with AI
This scenario automates the process of capturing and organizing event details from emails.
-
It watches incoming emails,
-
Uses ChatGPT to summarize or extract intent,
-
Applies a text parser to structure key details,
-
Logs the data into Google Sheets,
-
And finally, creates a Google Calendar event automatically.
Ideal for automating appointment confirmations, meeting invites, and email-to-task flows saving time and reducing the chance of human error when managing schedules.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Lou!

My background is rooted in the hospitality industry, where I led teams, honed my management abilities, and made customer satisfaction a daily achievement. I hold a degree in Hospitality Management, and because I enjoy keeping things interesting, I also studied cybersecurity. Yes, I can help you manage a team and protect your data. In addition to strong customer service and leadership skills, I create email automation systems using Make, and I’m proficient in design tools like Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro. I also work with AI tools to produce creative content and occasionally write stories on the side to keep my imagination in good shape.
I combine people skills, tech-savviness, and creativity to bring smart, well-rounded solutions to any team I join. And yes, I take my work seriously—even if I still believe a sense of humor belongs in every inbox.
